Frankly, these are articles that simply don’t belong under the other categories. Mainly opinion pieces, these are pen-to-paper representations of things that cross my mind about drinks – or, alternatively, things I’d like to read. Hopefully this is a departure from the ‘How Should I Drink My Whisky?’ and ’10 Drinks Your Bartender Judges You For’ nonsense that seems to crowd the online drinks-space.
